  15. To participate in "Offer" consumer must have made purchase of UB products. The offer details are as follows –
    • Consumer must have purchased McVitie's My Everyday Biscuit Pack worth Rs 100 (inclusive of all taxes) to get a discount coupon worth Rs 100.This offer is valid between 15/06/2017 to 15/12/2017 (up to 11:59 pm 15th December 2017) ('the Offer Period') in the territory of India. Offer is valid only on purchase of any one or more of UB Products.
  16. The participation in the Offer is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. UB reserves the right to substitute the Rewards offered at any point of time. Such rewards will be of equal or greater value. UB shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of participation in the Offer. There are no cash alternatives for the Rewards and they cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to someone else.   17. Upon purchase, the consumer shall get a TRAVELPORT Movie Discount Code (hereinafter 'Discount Code'). The consumer may get Movie Discount Code of Rs. 100/- discounts on a movie ticket
  18. The consumer after purchasing the Product pack will get a Discount Code inside the Retail Pack. The consumer shall visit the website www.mcvitiesmovie.promoredemption.com enter the Discount Code, Name, age, mobile number and Email id and click on submit button to get the discount on the Movie Tickets. The discount shall be available on the Movie ticket on all days, all shows.
  19. After registration, the consumer shall receive an authentication no by email or SMS to make booking. The consumer is then required to click on booking tab on www.mcvitiesmovie.promoredemption.com enter the authentication no and give two choices for show preferences.
  20. The discount on the Movie ticket shall be valid from 15/06/2017 to 15/12/2017. The cinema manager's decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
  21. The presentation of the Discount code at theatre/ multiplex is null and void. The consumer will have to follow steps mentioned on the Website www.mcvitiesmovie.promoredemption.com to avail the Discount Code benefits on Movie ticket.
  22. Movie Discount code can be redeemed ONLY on partner website so provided by TravelPort Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. They cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office.
  23. If called upon, the consumer will have to submit valid Identity and address Proof (PAN Card / Voter Card / Ration Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.) to UB.
  24. UB or TRAVELPORT shall not be liable to pay for any additional cost of travel, stay, food and beverages or any other expenses incurred by the winner in regard to the Offer and the same shall have to be borne by the respective participants only.
  25. This offer is arranged through the business partner 'TravelPort' and UB shall neither indemnify nor shall be held responsible for any insurance, injury (including fatal), loss (temporary or permanent), damage (direct or incidental), disruption, theft to person or whatsoever including but not limited to deficiency in service or quality.
  26. In case of non-availability of the offer at a particular Cinema hall, TravelPort will provide with an alternate slot or venue. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If the customer does not show at the venue, the said Discount Code will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
  27. If you return a product purchased using a promotional offer your participation in the offer shall be deemed withdrawn. All decisions with respect to this offer will be at the sole discretion of UB and the same will be final and binding on a non-offer able basis.
  28. The Offer is subject to force majeure conditions. All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by UB (India) including, but not limited to, meeting of the participants' requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, un-interruptedness, error-free, the results or reliability of the Offer, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the Offer.
  29. This offer is valid till the Movie Discount Code lasts or the end date, whichever is earlier. STOCKS without this offer are also available. Pictorial description of the products as shown in the point of sale materials and in the advertisement/banner are for reference purposes only and UB is under no obligation to provide the same class of goods as depicted herein and in other point of sale material.

  32. UB respects the data privacy mandate and does not collect any personal data until required for the limited purposes of offer. The data collated under this offer, if any or willingly shared by Customer shall be used in strict confidence by UB/Website and it will not be passed to any third party for any commercials reasons. The data collected under this offer shall be permanently deleted by UB after the expiry of the event.
  33. To the extent legally permitted, UB excludes all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by us (Warranties), other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded. Any liability we may have to you under Warranties implied by statute which cannot be excluded is limited, where expressly permitted by statute, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at our option.
  34. UB will not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever in respect of this scheme including inability of TravelPort Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. To extend any benefit of this scheme to any customer.
  35. The Offer is being conducted under the supervision of independent auditors.

Subscribers who have opted for DND (Do Not Disturb) facility with their respective service providers may not be able to receive SMS/ emails/calls UB would not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom, SMS and E-mails service provider including spam email.
  37. UB would not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom, SMS and E-mails service provider. UB shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof.   38. This offer is subject to all taxes, duties, levies as applicable from time to time under existing laws and regulations of the country.
  39. UB assumes no liability or responsibility for:-
    • Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies of content or submissions,
    • Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to, your exposure to or your participation in the offer.

  40. In case the customer finds a promotion pack without code and files a complaint for the same or approaches the Company with this complaint. In that case the Organizers liability would be limited to providing the complainant with a new promo pack to enable him to participate in the promotion as per T&C. The complainant cannot any monetary or other compensation for the same.
  41. TravelPort/ UB accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the offer. Participants will have to bear incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the prize.
  42. The participants are debarred from using any mechanical system/ software to send random multiple entries for the offer. In case any such attempt gets known to the organizers, the entries/ claims of such participants would be cancelled without any communication to such participants.
  43. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against UB.
  44. The terms and condition of this Offer shall be governed by Indian Laws. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts ("Disputes") arising out of the Contest shall be referred for Arbitration to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by UB and TravelPort whose decision shall be final and binding on all.
